Articles of Incorporation Of: Blue Collar Disaster Recover.
The undersigned, a majority of whom are citizens of the United States, desiring to form a Non-Profit Corporation under the Non-Profit Corporation Law of Texas, do hereby certify:
Article I
Name
The Name of the Corporation shall be: Blue Collar Disaster Recover.
Article II
Duration
Blue Collar Disaster Recover shall be a perpetual organization.
Article III
Location
Blue Collar Disaster Recover principal office shall be located at:
1816 FM 418, in the City of Kountze, County of Hardin, State of Texas.
Article IV
Purpose
Blue Collar Disaster Recover is organized exclusively for Charitable, Religious, Education, and Scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue code.

Article VI
Officers
The management affairs of the Blue Collar Disaster Recover shall be vested in a Board of Directors and a President. The Board of Directors shall be not less than three (3) people including the President and not more than fourteen (14) excluding the President people of an age not less than eighteen (18) years old and one President not to be less than 33 years old. All members of the Board of Directors shall be Elected or appointed from the current active members of Blue Collar Disaster Recover. In addition to the Board of Directors and the President Blue Collar Disaster Recover shall have a secretary and a treasure which both position may be held by the same person. Holding a position as a Member of the Board of Directors shall not restrict said officer from holding any other legal position with the Blue Collar Disaster Recover as outlined under section 510©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the Corresponding section of any future federal tax or state code.
Article VII
Members
Blue Collar Disaster Recover Recovery shall have members of an unlimited number. Members of US Blue Collar Disaster Recover shall have no vested management in the affairs of Blue Collar Disaster Recover except unto those who have been elected or appointed to the Board of Directors or President. Membership in to Blue Collar Disaster Recover shall be described in the By-laws of Blue Collar Disaster Recovery.
Article VIII
Property
No part of the net earnings of Blue Collar Disaster Recover shall insure to benefit of, or distributed to its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons, except that the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purpose set forth in the third (3) Article hereof. No substantial part of the activities of Blue Collar Disaster Recover shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by the Internal Revenue Code, or (b) by a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, this corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the purpose of this corporation.
Article IX
Dissolution
Upon the dissolution of the Blue Collar Disaster Recovery, assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to a state, or local government for a public purpose. Any such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction of the county in which the principal office of the corporation is located, exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations, as said Court shall determine, which are organized and operated exclusively for such purposes.
